I checked all the wires into the seat module and everything looks secure. So I don't really think the heater element is the problem. There almost seems like there is a disconnect between the I drive control and the seat. If ALL 8 Flap Motors have fault codes, then the ENTIRE LIN-Bus is likely disconnected. The 8 flap motors are wired in Series, meaning that if NO LIN-Bus connection to FIRST Flap in series (Defrost), then NO control of ANY of flap motors. If the O 2 sensor heater circuit’s negative wire goes directly to ground, look for a short-to-power problem. Usually the heater circuit in this case is controlled by a relay. Remove the relay and retest the circuit. If the light comes on again, locate the short-to-voltage in the wiring harness with the relay removed. There is only one heater core. The temperature for each side for dual climate is controlled by the blend doors. Sounds like the passenger side blend door is not working. It will take a little work to inspect it. I haven't had to do this on an e90, but have fixed two Jeep Grand Cherokee's with dual climate control.
So here's an update; I decided to try to code out my ACC module. I deleted +541 (ACC) from the VO and added +544 (DCC). I have a 6 cilinder so I need +544 instead of +540 (Regular Cruise Control) from what I understand. I then recoded the CAS, KOMBI and DSC modules.
