Hello, working on a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 3.6. A few weeks ago got code P0300. The car has about 80K on it so I replaced the spark plugs. Ran fine for about 3 weeks then staring running rough and P0300 came back. Can’t see any vacuum leaks but I’ll run a smoke test to confirm.
P0301 is a fairly common trouble code with the Jeep Grand Cherokee. It's an OBD2 code and indicates that your vehicle’s first cylinder is misfiring. P0301 is certainly a cause for concern and should be considered a threat to the drivability of your Grand Cherokee. Fixing P0301 should be considered a high priority.
So, replace the sensor to solve the code P0038 on your Jeep vehicle. On average, it will cost between $150 and $470 to replace a bad oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor 2. The labor cost can be between $100 and $130, while a new oxygen sensor can cost around $20 to $298. 5. Checking the ECM:

I have a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. Inline 4.0 6-Cylinder. I keep getting the following codes: P0300: Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected. P0302: Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected. P0303: Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected. P0304: Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected.
2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee running rough with code P0122. Previously had codes p0300, P0302, and P0303. I replaced the spark plugs and those 3 codes went away. Now the P0122 came on and the engine runs a little rough when idling in gear. It runs fine when driving but when stopping at a light it rouns unevenly.
P0300 is the multiple cylinder misfire. What year is your truck? There are multiple TSBs ( T echnical S ervice B ulletins) for the issue. Apparently there's one for 2021 3.6 that instructs the tech to replace the spark plugs.
