Afix would probably be to fit a resistor in parallel with the bulb as in this video. A 1K resistor will take 12mA at 12V so probably similar current to an LED bulb. I've took out one by one all relays and fuses and only when I took out relay KL30 amps dropped till 0.07A. Hazard light switch is illuminated even when car is locked.
